Shizendo Martial arts schools has karate and Tai Chi clubs throughout the southeast in many of the leading Leisure centres on most days of the week. These include separate classes for children and adults. Shizendo also teaches many other groups in the area, Tai Chi which focuses on the health aspects of the art for the active retirement association, self defence for school children is also taught in the local schools of north Kent. All of Shizendo’s Instructors are recognized by MASA (martial arts standards agency) CRB checked and NVQ qualified.
