What to do if interested in attending a class
The first thing a beginner needs to do is come to one of the venues listed above or contact me by telephone.

What to wear
Loose clothing is best suited, jogging bottoms and T shirt are ideal. Beginners normally train without footwear, though most wear thin soled soft martial art shoes.
Will I be safe
Safety is the number one priority within the Shi Zen Do system so rest assured no harm will come to you. The worst thing a martial artist can do is damage, harm his or her own training partner. To learn martial arts skills you need a safe environment in which a student feels comfortable, has no fear of being hurt and is treated with respect with no discrimination. Full attention can then be utilized for the learning process.
Look forward to meeting you
