Green belt and above training sessions
for 2008 will focus on equipment training with the main emphasis
on developing the Renkai (Kick Boxing Combinations) within class
time. To get the best training session children need to have with
them the following two items, Focus Pads and hand protectors.
The aim for 2008 is to concentrate on the development of power
and use of structured partnered coaching sessions. The mitts (hand
protectors) come in one size Junior Focus pads come in one size.
